About Nanaimo Paving
Nanaimo Paving is a paving crew working out of Nanaimo, covering Lantzville, Cedar, Nanoose Bay and the rest of the Regional District of Nanaimo. We reply to your quote request within 24 hours and come out to measure. You get a written price once we have measured your driveway.
What we do
We lay new hot-mix asphalt on a base we build first. We resurface driveways where the asphalt underneath is still sound. We dig out gravel drives and pave them properly. We cut out and rebuild potholes, broken edges and settled sections. And we seal and crack-fill driveways that are sound but drying out.
How we work
You send us the driveway and the address, and we reply within 24 hours. We come out, measure it, look at the ground and the access, and work out what prep it needs. Then you get one written price. When the job runs, our crew clears the site before it leaves.
How we price it
By the square foot. New hot-mix is $5.00 to $9.50 a square foot; sealcoating is $0.35 to $0.75. Prep and base work is $1.50 to $3.50 and is part of whatever you are having done, not a line you order separately. The cost guide sets all of it out.
