Almost no strata site can give up all of its parking at once. We divide the property into phases and run them over several days, so there is always somewhere for owners, tenants and their visitors to leave a car. Phasing is a line in the price, and here is what it costs: splitting a project into multi-day phases to keep tenant or resident parking available adds 10% to 25% in labour float.
Stall lines and road markings
Faded stalls usually go back on once a surface has been sealed. Re-striping is $30 to $60 per stall. Road markings and directional arrows are $0.35 to $0.75 per linear foot, measured along the marking itself.
